Lost or Stolen Package ClaimUpdated 20 days ago

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, we're here to assist you. To ensure a smooth resolution, please review the following criteria for filing a claim:


Lost in Transit Claim:

For orders within the United States:

- Tracking information must not show any updates for a period exceeding 10 days.


For international orders:

- Tracking information must remain stagnant for over 30 days.


Stolen Package Claim:

In the unfortunate event of a stolen package, we're here to help. Please note the following requirements for filing a stolen package claim:

- A waiting period of 10 days from the delivery date is necessary for the claim to proceed.
